Before Hady Industrial was opened in 2005 as international business office, we started production of hydraulic hose from 1992 in a workshop only 50 square meters and started production of hose braiding machine from 1994 in a workshop cover only 200 square meters.
After hard working by all people of our valuable team in past decades years, our production plant now cover 500 acres land and 50000 square meters workshops and warehouses for 6,000,000 meters hose production approved by API –7K certifications from ID 4mm to 900mm with working pressure up to 700bar for all industrial applications like mine, petroleum, agriculture, ship/plane/auto-building, infrastructure construction, etc, and hose braiding machine production from one deck braiding machine to 6 deck spiral machine for hose production up to ID 900mm with working pressure up to 700bar.
As the only manufacturer in the world able to produce both hose and hose production equipment, we are using our own hose machines like braiding / spiral machine, wire winding machine, belt wrapping / unwrapping machine, freezing machine, etc, to produce our hoses, meanwhile, our hose production experience test and improve the working performance of our hose machines.
We are so proud all equipment in our hose workshops are from our hose machine workshops as the unique capability in whole world manufacturers of the hose production and hose machine production. With this capability, we can offer customers higher quality, wider production sizes and faster delivery like 50 pcs of 12” x 20m ocean flatting oil transportation hose assembly within 10 days from order confirmation for urgent supplying to Conocophillips offshore oil spill accident of Bohai bay in 2011.
To expand our production range, we start production of wiper blade rubber strip for sales after replacement of Benz, BMW, Volkswagen, Toyota, Honda, Volvo, etc from 2017.
